FreeLovePDF provides browser-based PDF and image tools. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the site, including the difference between tools that run in your browser and tools that use third-party processing services.

2. Files you choose to process

Some tools are designed to process files locally in your browser. Other tools send a selected file to a third-party service because that service performs the requested conversion or processing. The tool guide identifies this distinction where it affects privacy.

We do not intentionally use the contents of your documents for advertising profiles. You should only upload documents that you are authorized to process.

3. Third-party processing

Some workflows use external processing APIs, including PDF.co and ComPDF. When a workflow uses such a service, the file and the information required to perform the operation may be transmitted to that provider. Their own privacy and retention practices may also apply.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as which pages are visited and how the site is used. Analytics information helps us identify broken workflows and improve navigation and content.
